RESPECTING EQUALITY AND ADVOCATING FOR CIVIC HARMONY directs its activities toward community education, equality, respectful public dialogue, civic participation, community relations, anti-discrimination awareness, lawful advocacy, and the general welfare of the community.

The organization is not operated for the private benefit of any individual, officer, director, member, donor, or private business interest. No part of the net earnings will inure to any private shareholder or individual.

REACH maintains board oversight, recordkeeping, compliance review, conflict-of-interest policies, lobbying and political activity tracking, document retention, and whistleblower/non-retaliation safeguards.

Social welfare focus

Political campaign activity, if any, will be limited, lawful, board-approved, and not the organization’s primary activity. Social welfare remains the primary purpose.
