REACH may engage in advocacy concerning laws and public policies that affect equality, civil rights, public safety, public trust, civic harmony, and community welfare.

Activities may include lawful lobbying, communications with public officials, public comments, policy briefings, petitions, coalition letters, and advocacy concerning legislation or public policies.
